超硬材料樹脂結合劑機器人工作站是我所針對超硬材料行業開發的一種全自動生產線，本產品用于外圓/端面砂輪的生產。本產品由輕載、重載兩種線體構成。輕載線包括預壓壓機、機械手桁架、200T主壓機、輕載機器人、卸模壓機、拆螺絲機、清洗線組成。重載線包括預壓壓機、315T主壓機、重載機器人、卸模壓機、拆螺絲機、清洗線組成?？梢詫崿F各種型號的砂輪自動預壓、自動搬運、自動壓制、自動卸模、自動拆螺絲、自動清洗等功能的同時，也大大降低了人工勞動強度，保證了生產質量，提高了勞動效率。

Introduction
These robot workstations are automatic production lines developed by ZZSM for the production of cylindrical grinding wheels or end surface grinding wheels made from superhard abrasive materials. There are two types of production lines, i.e., light load lines and heavy load lines. The light load line consists of a prepressing machine, a manipulator truss, a set of 200T main press, a light load robot, a mold unloading machine, a screw removal machine and a cleaning machine. The heavy load line consists of a prepress, a set of 315T main press, a heavy load robot, a mold unloading press, a screw removal machine and a cleaning line. These robot workstations realize various types of automatic operations of prepressing, handling, pressing, mold unloading, screw removal, cleaning and so on in the productions of grinding wheels at the same time. It greatly reduces the labor intensity, ensures the production quality, and improves labor efficiency.
