刀架Flange

刀架是精密劃片機上用于裝夾各類超薄切割砂輪的專用工具，根據裝夾切割砂輪的類型，分為兩大類：

軟刀架：裝夾無輪轂型切割砂輪

硬刀架：裝夾帶輪轂型切割砂輪

The Flange is a special tool for clamping all kinds of ultra-thin blades on the precision dicing machine.

According to the type of blades, it is divided into two categories:

Flange：Clamping hubless blades

Wheel Mount：Clamping blades with hub

主要特點：

采用鈦合金材質，具有重量輕、強度高、端面跳動以及動平衡小等優點（端跳精度≤ 1um，震動烈度≤ 0.3mm/s）。
