產品概述：

樹脂結合劑制品具有自銳性好，切削鋒利、磨削效率高，加工工件表面粗糙度低、發熱少、不易燒傷工件等特點，適用于高效、精密磨削。

我公司可按標準GB/T6409.2-2009提供樹脂結合劑超硬材料砂輪，直徑范圍：ф6～900mm，砂輪厚度：0.0 7～520mm，磨料粒度：40/50～W3.5。并可根據用戶要求設計和制造各種非標磨具。

Product overview

The resin bond products have the features of good selfsharpening, sharp cutting, high effi ciency, low roughness of work piece surface,few heat generating and without burning workpiece. They are suitable for high effi ciency and precision grinding of most workpieces.

ZZSM is able to provide resin bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-2009. The diameter range isф6~900mm; the thicknes srange is0.07~520mm; the grit size range is 40/50~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’requirements.

適用加工材料：

樹脂結合劑金剛石系列：主要用于硬質合金、陶瓷、磁性、硅、熱噴涂合金等材料的加工。樹脂結合劑立方氮化硼系列：主要用于高速鋼、鑄鐵等材料的加工。
