產品概述：

陶瓷結合劑制品具有切削鋒利，效率高，壽命長，磨削不易發熱和堵塞，易控制加工精度及修整等特點。

我公司可按標準GB/T6 4 0 9.2-2009提供陶瓷結合劑超硬材料砂輪， 直徑范圍：ф3~1600mm，砂輪厚度：0.8~300mm，磨料粒度：60/70~W3.5。并可根據用戶要求設計和制造各種非標磨具。

Product overview

Vitrified products own the features of sharp cutting, high effi ciency, long life, less heat and jam generated in grinding, easy control of the precision and easy dressing.

ZZSM is able to provide vitrified superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-2009. The diameter range isф3~1600mm; the thickness range is 0.8~300mm; the grit size range is 60/70~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’requirements.

適用加工材料

陶瓷結合劑金剛石系列：主要用于硬質合金、PCD、PCBN、陶瓷、金屬陶瓷等材料的加工。

陶瓷結合劑立方氮化硼系列：主要用于鑄鐵類（合金鑄鐵、冷激鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵等）、鋼類（45鋼、55 鋼、20Cr 等）等材料的加工。

Application

Vitrified diamond products: Mainly used for machining tungsten carbide, PCD,PCBN, ceramic, cermet, etc.

Vitrified CBN products: Mainly used for machining cast iron (alloy cast iron,chilled cast iron, nodular cast iron, etc.), steel(45#,55#, 20Cr, etc.).
